Cisco VPN client in not working on Windows 8.1

I just upgraded from windows 8 to windows 8.1 ...but now problem is my VPN client is not working ..
it was working fine with windows 8
When i yty to connect this error shown

Secure VPN Connection terminated locally by the Client. Reason 440: Driver Failure.

I also done uninstall and then reinstall but doesnt works

I can see VPN adapter in networks connection it showing.

not able to solve this issue same error when i try to connect

Cisco VPN client in not working on Windows 8.1

check your event viewer/System log.   You may see some entries stating that

"The Cisco Systems Inc. IPSec Driver failed to start due to the following error: Windows cannot verify the digital signature for this file."

disable digital signatures (NOT recommended) and cisco works fine

I guess Cisco has already killed this program if they aren't even getting it certified.
