I use CISCO to connect to clients network using VLAN and i was able to connect easily but then due to some issue i had to format my desktop and now i am not able to connect using CISCO. There is no error as such but it just says Not Connected in the status bar below.
I tried this on Windows XP SP3 as well as Windows 7 32 bit but both have the same issues.

Also what i see is some fragments getting sent or recieved out of order.
I use CISCO VPN client version 5.0.07
Can anyone help me resolve this issue?
Also this issue occurs only in new machines where i try to install CISCO and connect. In old machines this works exactly fine.
