Client Side VPN cant access local resources

I have users on my network, that when they VPN into another network they cant access local resources like internet access, and file and print services. My question is how do I configure my remote access vpn tunnel so that I can get access to the destination network but still get access to my local resources.

You have not told us much about the client environment, and especially have not told us what VPN client your users have. So I will assume that it is the Cisco IPSec VPN client. If it is different you can tell us and we will see where we go from there.

Assuming that it is the Cisco IPSec VPN client, check in the profile on the transport tab, and look for the check box for "Allow Local LAN Access" and check the box.
