Clientless SSL VPN randomly terminates on ASA 5520

I was wondering if anyone is able to help with a problem we seem to be experiencing with Clientless SSL VPN on our ASA 5520 ver 8.2(1), ASDM Version 6.4(5)106

This has been set up and working for sometime now using two token authentication.

Users are able to authenticate, connect and start working. However, after some time has passed we have noticed that the browser they are working in closes all pages, including non vpn related pages.

The user can reconnect and continue working; (the tunnel reconnects with the same IP address) but this issue will then continue until the maximum number of connections is met.

This is not related to the idle timeout or the maximum connection time.

VPN sessions that have been disconnected from a client's machine can still be seen as active on the firewall.

The logs show that the port has been preempted even though maximum number of allowed simultaneous (same user) logins has been NOT exceeded.

The users are mainly using terminal services, and the issue is seen in all browsers tried, IE and Firefox.

Has anyone else seen or resolved this issue?

Many Thanks,
