Clientless SSL VPN w/ RDP

I have a clientless SSL VPN setup for a user and trying to use the rdp plugin with a bookmark.  I have the bookmark configured for rdp://<serverIP> but when the user clicks on it, a webpage opens up with a failure to display message and a url of https://.plugins./rdp/index.

html?target=rdp://<serverIP>?csco_lang=en.  If the user clicks on the Terminal Servers button and then manually selects rdp:// and enters the server IP it works fine.

Any thoughts?

Hi,

It sounds like you have enabled the "smart tunnel" option for the RDP bookmark. Plug-ins are not supported with smart tunnels, and can cause the error you are seeing.

Could you please ensure that the smart tunnel option is disabled, and let us know if you still see this issue?
