Clientless VPN Portal Page - Address Bar

The portal page two factor authenitcation, bookmarks, application list, and logo's are working fine. The only problem I have is that I cannot get the Address Bar to appear for the life of me. I've tried the following troubleshooting steps:

Use ASDM to backup
format flash;write erase;reload
Restored everything
1. Still not there
format flash;write erase;reload
Restored only groups and policies
1. Still not there
Tried to figure out where the address bar would be configured in cache:
1. I have no idea what I'm doing with web pages (html/css/xml/xsd/etc...)

My question is, how do I get the address bar to display? Keep in mind that this is my development device, but the solution is extremely important as it will be implemented as soon as it's fully functional. Let me know what info you need besides the attached scrubbed config.

If you have not found the solution. Please look at the following in ASDM

Configuration > Remote Access VPN > Clientless SSL VPN Access > Portal > Customization

Edit your Customization File, Under the Portal Page and Toolbar ensure that the 'Display toolbar' is checked off.
