Connection between Cisco QuickVPN client and WRVS4400N behind MI424WR

I have a MI424WR-GEN3I running firmware version 40.20.7.  This also acts as my cable modem because internet service comes through a coax connection between the ONT and the MI424wr.  I have a WRVS4400N router sitting after the MI424WR.  I have disabled DHCP server in the WRVS4400N and configured it to relay from the MI424WR.  I configured the WRVS4400N ip address as a DMZ on the MI424WR and have several computers running off the MI424WR.  I configured quickvpn client on a laptop, and am in a client location trying to connect to the WRVS4400N, but can't seem to connect at all.  What am I doing wrong?

I have configured a client account in the WRVS4400N.

Do I have to create an IPSEC tunnel?  if so, what is the remote location?  I have no information of any kind about the ISP I will be using on the GO, it might be a starbucks hotspot, ariport lounge etc.  Port forwarding should not pose a problem since I have the router IP as the DMZ on my MI424WR.

Please help.
