Data not transferring from one side in IPSEC VPN

HI

I have a tunnel between two AS5520. It has a strange behaviour, the data is not transferring from one end. While the other end is sending the data. I have checked everything like NAT EXCEMPT, Firewall Rules. Even while in the logging its showing for ICMP Result that its building Outbound ICMP Connection but not pinging the other site. While the same tunnel was working before but not now.

Any thing which i m missing ? please reply.

I did everything. Delete the tunnel recreate the tunnel. But nothing happened.

But when i restart the ASA, it rectified.

SO what does this means. Either CIsco is following MIcrosoft WIndows ?
