I'm planning to configure a Cisco 7206VXR to act as a dmvpn hub but I can't figure out the best way to connect it to the network. I'd like to connect it to two 6509 distribution switches, but I don't know what technology or trick to use so that the hub would have one ip address on a physical/dot1q interface and be connected to two distribution switches for failover redundancy at the same time. BVIs? If anyone has any thoughts on it or has such a topology deployed, your help would be greatly appreciated. Thanks.
