Dual VPN

Guys I need to have 2 VPN site to site to a same client over the Internet but I want that main VPN shd b up and when remote or my main link goes down the second VPN shd kick in just like a dual link in routing protocol ...secondly I have Cisco asa client is changing to juniper guys is thee anything I shd know ...as heard that there are issues if one side is Cisco and other is juniper thanks
