I've got an question about the e-mail proxy in the ASA 5500.
Is it only for the webvpn's or can it also be configured for the cisco vpn Client's?

Hi, it is only for the webvpn. With Cisco VPN client you have full connectivity to the network (not only with web enbled apps).
