enrollment request failed with a CA

Hello, please I am implementing a VPN solution using digital certificates.

when I request a certificate (my CA is a windows 2003 server) for a user pc, the request is granted and a certificate issued, however when i try to enroll from my ciss2611xm router I get the following error message.

Please assist, its urgent.

Make sure you have configured "hostname" and "domain-name" on you router. Also make sure the times on both the router and the CA server are synchronized.
