I've attempted contacting Cisco support several times, to no avail. Maybe someone here has had this experience.
I am the contract specialist for a large university, and we have a campus group buying the following:
- ASA 5500 SSL VPN license for 100 premium users
- Advanced IP Services SSH
- Security E-Delivery Pak for Cisco 3900 Series
Are these covered under Cisco's blanket User License Agreement? Cisco support just keeps bouncing me between groups who think I'm not in my right mind. We need to review the terms for everything that goes on our campus network. Any ideas?
