Failed to establish a connection with RVS4000

I have 2 RVS4000 VPN routers installed at 2 different locations. I have been successfull in connecting to both of them in the past, but now I can't connect to either. I get the "Failed to establish a connection" message. I am using  a hostname.dyndns.org account to resolve the name to an IP. I can't think of anything that has changed at either end. I can ping hostname.dyndns.org, and it resolves the correct address.

HELP!
