How to setup VPN to access a server remotely as if in their office?
I was put into a situation today which was entirely unexpected. I have a client's server at my office going through a Physical to Virtualization migration. The migration went smoothly but we are in the position to make his server accesable from his office. I have static IP on my end. They have DHCP connection on their end. I am using a 3745 on my end, and if necessary I can setup a 2651 on their end for this purpose. I'm new to VPN and would really appreciate som e guidance in this. The server is a Windows2003 SBS machine. It's IP is 192.168.0.5 and the workstations in the office are all on the 192.168.0.0/24 subnet. Is there a way that I can configure the 2651 to connect from their site with DHCP to my site and enable access to their server so that they can handle payroll and access their shared drive on their server? I'm sure there is but not sure how. I really appreciate any assistance in this matter. Any more information I can offer I'll be happy to.
