IGEL Linux ThinClient AnyConnect

Hello,

i have the following error massage at my Anyconnect IGEL ThinClient:

"Automatic profile updates are disabled and the local VPN profile does not match the secure gateway VPN profile."

Anyconnect works from other devices, such as windows, debian etc...

Versions:

IGEL Universal Desktop LX 10.01.310.01

My AnyConnect Version is 4.4.00243

Try checking the following path on your IGEL, and make sure you don't have any old profile there.

/opt/cisco/anyconnect/profile

How can I test if I use an old profile version (xml)?

i will check the suggested path on the IGEL if you see a .xml profile you can just move it to the desktop and test.

path:

/opt/cisco/anyconnect/profile
