IP-Sec Setting IKE Source Address

I have a router that is within a private network. I have a registered address taht I can advertise to the Internet and require to set up an IP-Sec connection to this device.

THe problem I have is that when ISAKMP negotiates it uses the WAN link Ip address for authenticating. I require to tell it to use my registered address that is configured on a Loopback as the source address.

Try crypto map IPS-Test 1 local-address loopback 0 and ensure that the peers are all loopbacks in both routers.
