IP traffic traversing router IOS IPS then to ASA5510
I have an ASA5510 with the CSC module doing content filtering. I also have a 2811 with IOS IPS. When the IPS is enabled on the interface, I cannot browse the Internet (I can ping, and no it's not a DNS issue, tried that also). I had all of my traffic forwarded to the router so I could do IPS inspection and then going to a PIX that worked just fine. When I replaced the PIX with the ASA, I could no longer browse until I disabled IPS inspection on the interface. Any ideas?
