Rahim, you may check out this link for PIX/ASA simulator, I never used it but read good reviews on it..

As for IPS simulators I am not aware there is one if there is one perhaps someone in forum may have some information or check in cisco learning connection.

If interested you may also try cisco learning connection self-study links under Security and VPN you may find several CISCO PIX/ASA short study simulations.
