IPSEC and overlapping networks using "normal" IOS Router

Who can point me to a document describing the use of ipsec in combination with overlapping networks on both ends of the ipsec tunnel , using Cisco IOS routers ( nNOT the vpn Concentrators !!! ).

This will involve a mix of many configurations. First you need to configure bi-directional NAT on one of the routers. This will translate the "overlapping" address range in both the direction. And then, you need to identify the interesting traffic for IPSec to encrypt in the tunnel.
