IPSEC problem is unknown

Hi

We have deployed IPSEC-3des-sha through out our wan with 3745 in the hub site and 1760 on the spoke sites. The configuration and the debug is attached to this message. all the configs are the same but still the ipsec fails. only one of the sites is able to establish a successfull VPN tunnel. this site has no problems at all but all the others are not able to connect. whenever the policy is applied my connection to the remote site is dropped.

need some advise on this.
