IPSEC VPN on Ethernet Interface

Hi,

I have a doubt on a basic fundamental concept.

Whether IPSEC VPN will work on Ethernet Interface of Cisco Router?. That is whether IPSEC VPN can be terminated on FastEthernet Interface of the Router?

So far i have worked with serial Interface only.
