IPsec VPN over ADSL

I need to configure multiple ADSL sites with IPsec VPNs into a cisco concentrator. The radius server is Microsoft IAS. Looking for suggestions on authenticating the users

Are you looking to have the ADSL hardware authenticate, or the users behind them? What hardware are you using atthe ADSL sites?

i am hoping the remote site routers (cisco 837) will authenticate either with microsoft IAS or the VPN concentrator through ppp to establish the ADSL. Then I am not sure how the IPsec VPNs will authenticate.
