IPSEC VPN Timeout on SA540

We have a remote user that is working on files that are hosted on a NAS in the main office.  The user is opening the file off the NAS and is able to work very well.  Performance is not a issue.  The problem they have is that they can have the file open for a few hours, but not actually working on it, and the VPN will drop after 30 to 40 minutes with no warning.  My assumption is because of an idle timeout setting.  I have been all over the IPSEC setting section of the admin console and can not see any place to extend or disable the idle timeout. Can anyone point me in the right direction?
