Hi,

We are having an issue with remote access vpn to a Cisco VPN concentrator using a Cisco VPN client.

The concentrator is not allowing more than one simultaneous connection at a time for any user from any group.

The Cisco vpn client is throwing an error " Secure VPN Connection terminated by peer.Reason 427:Unknown error occured at peer" when

tryiing to connect after accepting the username and password.

The VPN client that we are using is Cisco VPN client version 4.6.00.0045

The Remote access device is a Cisco VPN 3005 concentrator with the software vpn3005-4.7.2.B-k9.bin

The logs obtained from the Cisco VPN Concentrator is attached

Any help in resolving this is appreciated.

With Regards

NMG

so the multiple sessins are from different IP addresses? And does the first session stay up while 2nd, 3rd etc fail, or is first user kicked off?

Only error I can see is "A user attempted to log on using only group credentials: handle = 23, user = Test"

The log might be clearer if you connected the first client, cleared the log, then tried a second client.
