Keepalive issues with IP Phone connected to 5505

I have a ASA 5505 (version 7.2) connected to a 5510 at HQ as a hardware client.

The keepavlive messages from the IP phones connected to the 5505 are getting lost and as a result the phones are continually re-registering to the failover call manager server and then back to the primary call manager server.

If I plug a device into the back of the phone on the PC port the phone works fine and the phone stays registered to call manager. Any ideas?

If you make a packet capture on both sides of the tunnel, meaning on the inside interfaces of both ASA devices, do you see that packet making it across the tunnel?
