L2L vpn created but not able ping asa

Hi All,

I have created one L2L VPN between cisco ASA & juniper SRX & VPN tunnel is up. Users of both side are able to ping each other. But the users behind Juniper not able to ping insdie interface of ASA.

managment-access inside
