Loading Cryptographic IOS images

I received the following error when trying to load a k9 IOS image on one of the 2960 switches.  Can someone tell me how to fix this problem?

Error: The image to be installed on system 1 (`c2960-lanbasek9-mz.122-52.SE')
Error: is the same as an existing image, and the `/overwrite' option
Error: was not selected.  Try again, either by removing the old image
Error: first, or by selecting the `/overwrite' option.

Almost forgot the command I used was: arc download-sw /safe tftp://10.xx.xx.xx/c2960-lanbasek9-tar.122-52.SE.tar

You're trying to upgrade the switch with the exact same IOS.
