local addresses not being reused

I have a local ip pool setup on my asa for vpn users and I have the following line:  vpn-addr-assign local reuse-delay 5 which I thought would allow the reuse of an ip after 5 minutes.  it appears this is not happening as when users disconnect their ip's are not getting reused.  Any ideas?

Hi,

This command specifies the delay before a released IP address can be reused but it doesn't mean it will be the next one used for the first connection after 5mn.
