Lost Security Plus license after AnyConnect Essentials install

My customer bought an AnyConnect Essentials license and tried installing on an ASA 5510 with Security Plus license, but after install the ASA reverted to Base License.  What might have happened?  Is there a way to correct it? Thanks for your help.

Here's before and after:

(a) Before install

   ①ASA Version 8.4(5)

   ②Security Plus License/Enable

    =>This platform has an ASA 5510 Security Plus license.

   ③AnyConnect Essentials/Disabled

   ④Activation Key/ 0xd13ef46f 0x1015d3eb 0x94136110 0x8a6c6460 0x062c129e

 

 (b) After install

   ①ASA Version 8.4(5)

  *②Security Plus License/None

    =>This platform has a Base license.

  *③AnyConnect Essentials 250

               Activation Key/ 0xcc1fe54c 0xf439d3b9 0xc1f271c4 0xe4c4a83c 0x0830e6b1
