making one vlan from 3 vlans connected by vpn

i have now 2 easy vpn remotes and one easy vpn server, it works through 877w routers . that gives a one way asymmetrical log in connection set up  functionality . i want to make it symmetrical  , so i also ccan log in from server to remotes.

Can you ellaborate a bit more, I'm not 100% sure I get the picture. (Topology, drawings would be appreciated)

Also, what is the head end and what type of config do you use (legacy, dvti?).
