MPLS/BGP Troubleshooting help

HI guys can you help me at all?

Im really confused as I have an MPLS vpn with BGP at either end redistributing to rip.

It seems to successfully redistribute rip routes but i cannot ping from one loopback to the other.

I have attached the config files for my key routers and a screenshot of the topology

I am trying to configure a route between routers "Payroll" and "HO"

These are the resulting routing tables

HO#show ip route
