Need to reload standby ASA5520, any effect on primary?

Primary ASA5520 is running 8.2(5). Had a power failure in our DC about a month ago and our standy ASA5520 reverted to 8.2(2). 8.2(5) is present on the standby unit. I suspect I missed a wr mem on the standby.

I need to change the boot option and reload the box. I need to make sure that there will be no effect on the primary.

Thanks.

You can reload the standby unit without affecting the running ASA. In fact, that is what you do with a zero-downtime-upgrade where the standby unit is reloaded while the active unit continues to handle the data.
