Netscreen to PIX 501 site to site VPN

Hi,

I am trying to set up a site to site VPN. I have a Cisco PIX 501 at one site, and a Netscreen 10 box at the other.

I have been trying to get this working, but to no avail. Can anyone point me in the right direction?
