network hang for a few minutes after a perticular interval

Dear All,

I have only 10 users in office and i am using 2 mb Internet lease line. I have SA 520 in my office. There os no any more complicated configurations are here.

We are using our server in UK office with the help of remote vpn client.

I am not able to find out what is the exact problem here. Please guide me .
