New ISP with IP change breaks my VPN.

I need some help I have a client changing Internet providors going to AT&T. The working config has an egress out the Fastethernet interface. With the new config we are going out a Serial connection. I have attached the config but after I make the changes I can get VPN working but I lose every third IP packet when I ping anything inside so VPN is very unstable.

The working config is attached.

I have made the following changes

default route to this

ip route 0.0.0.0 0.0.0.0 x.x.138.9

Change the access list to

ip access-group DexMProd in

Applied this to the serial interface

crypto map dexmipsec_crm

Changed the secondary IP on ethernet0/1 to primary and removed the other.

Also aded a route 10.2.1.0 255.255.255.0 fastethernet 0/1

Any help would be huge I cannot figure out why I am having such and issue simply changing the Internet facing IP address.

Thanks

Todd

Todd,

On a quick inspection of the config, is there a specific reason why you have not defined the serial interface as "ip nat outside" ???
