Not able to connect with some android clients

Hi,

we use Cisco ASA and AnyConnect clients. Some Android systems work but those which use the Cisco AnyConnect ICS+ client got the following error

Connection attempt failed because system configuration settings could not be applied

Any Idea?

What I usually do (well in the IOS router side) is lower down my MTU 
max is 1406, but I use 1392

I also apply it in the virtual interface as well
