Password not saving properly

Hi,

In Cisco VPN client,saved my password by using password saved option,but it is not permanent,after fews it is asking password again.Is there any configuration or settings needs?

What version of the VPN client are you using? What device are you connecting to at the head end?

Hai,

Our VPN Client Version is 5.0.01.0600.

our VPN server is Cisco ASA 5520 firewall

Version 7.0(7).

Assuming that password-storage is enabled on the group policy for the clients, you may be running into the following client bug. I would try upgrading to the most recent client and test again.

Regret to Inform you that ,i am having Guest level access.

It is asking different level of access.

FYI password storage option is configured in Group profile.
