PC Anywhere in Call Manager

We have tried to use PC Anywhere as a remote control tool for Call Manager 3.3(3), with no success. It works, but we loose conectivity to CM via http. Does anybody know if this is due to PC Anywhere? If so, can you recommend another remote control tool, in addition to Microsoft Terminal Services

I am not sure but I think the licenced versions are compatible. Not sure what you are using...

o.k. the ver in PCanywhere is the 10.0

and the version in CCM es 3.3(3).
