Preshared keys

I'm implementing VPN network between routers for one customer (hub-sopke configuration). He wants to have preshared keys which are automatically generated. What that really means??

I searched the Cisco web, and only find that this is mentioned in documentation for Cisco Policy Manager and CiscoWorks Management Center (which he didn't buy), but I didn't find how to configure that on routers.

I will realy appreciate some help, because I spent lot of time on that and didn't find resolution.

Thanks!

Re: Preshared keys

preshared keys are hardcoded. if you use them with isakmp though, the bulk keys used for encryption will get cycled periodically, depending on their lifetime.

by automatically generated, perhaps he means with a random number generator, to try to increase the entropy of the string used as a preshared key?
