Problem with IPSec VPN

Hi,

I have ASA 5520 and have created subinterfaces and configuring remote access VPN. For single sub interface i am trying to enable both IPsec and SSL VPN. SSL VPN is functioning  whereas i am not able to connect to IPSec Gateway. Debug message indicates

01. ALL IKE SA proposals found unacceptable .

02. Removing peer from peer table failed, no match!

The below problems are based on your configuration - settings must match @ both ends.
