We have a Cisco 1720 and a PIX 501 behind that. It works great for me, but the other two users login and the client shows them connected, but they can't ping any IP's on the network.

he only diffrence is they have 2 of the same tablet PC's and I have a lap top, but thats it. Any thoughts as to what the problem is?

Thanks for your help

Hi

A quick check about the OS Firewall feature enabled by default in XP operating system.

Can you check it up and disable if its already on out there ?

Hi,

You have to enable NAT transparency on the PIX .

You can see detailed information about NAT transparency in cisco website.

The odd thing is they were able to use the VPN prior to this past weekend. Nothing has changed on the Router Config..I can get in just fine from my house but they can't.

What IP pool addresses are they allocated, do they get an address from the same IP range as your PC?

Check the client statistics, are packets encrypted and decrypted, or encrypted only?

Yes, the IP pool is the same for all clients. I will check the client stats today.

Thanks!
