Quality of Service with IPSec

Hi,

I am implementing IPSEC between our point to point sites. I wanted to know how I can implement QOS since we are running some priority based applications like Video Conferencing etc. Can anybody guide me how can I implement QOS when I am running IPSec between two sites.
