Radius Authentication Request

Any idea what would cause a bit error in the authentication request? CISCO ASA receive a radius authenticate packet and decode with 1 bit error. But the same packet was retransmitted and no bit error found.

1st pkt:

69 70 3a 73 6f 75 72 63 65 2d 69 70 3d 32 30 30 | ip:source-ip=200

2e 31 30 2e 31 30 2e 32 30 31 65 d1 | .10.10.201e.

send pkt 10.152.128.193/1812

rip 0xd5760f28 state 7 id 22

radprocpkt: bad id 21

retransmit packet:

Radius: Value (String) =
