users can authenticate by RADIUS but when certificates used VPN can be established only if authentication method set to none. if it set to RADIUS, concentrator (3020) terminates the session. The log message on Concentrator is below:

Xauth required but selected Proposal does not support xauth,
Check priorities of ike xauth proposals in ike proposal list
where in IKE proposal has RSA Digital Certificate (XAUTH) selected.
