Reg:VPN issue with 3g

Dear all,

I have ASA 5540 active and passive.here we configure VPN for client access.Normally if i connect with internet,I am able to connect VPN but if i use 3G or USB dongle,I can't able to connect VPN. In the statistic page sending happen and receiving 0. I check with ASA moniter tunnel is established for the particular user but send and receive are 0.please assist me to resolve the issue.

Note:In the cisco document,they mentioned it will not work with 3G but 1 month before users are using the same and able to acess the VPN. Now only I am facing the issue

Hi Kabeer,

As you already know, wireless connection with Windows 7 along with IPSec connection are not supported as discussed:-

You can try to upgrade your DNE (under "Other DNE Problems") using the following link as most of the times ,it resolves the issue:-
