Routing failed to locate next hop for icmp from NP Identity Ifc

I'm getting a strange error when I try to ping a host on the remote end of  VPN from the DMZ..

Ping dmz 192.168.4.20

?????

Show log asdm:

6|Sep 28 2010 14:53:29|110003: Routing failed to locate next hop for icmp from NP Identity Ifc:10.10.8.1/0 to dmz:192.168.4.20/0

Is this a problem on the remote end, or something I can fix, attached is the config:

Gregory,

Are you should that address is available via dmz interface?

Can you please show me "show route"?

Marcin
