routing traffic between vpn tunnels

hi,

I have the scenario like this.

there are two vpn tunnels from branch offic to head office. I want to load balance traffic over this two links using EIGRP.

in that way another branch offic is also connected to head office. now i want to provide communication between two branch office's via head office over these vpn tunnels.
