running Anyconnect scripts from the binary location on the ASA

I have an ASA running 8.3 I am using ASDM to load up a script that we use to map printers, drives etc in our windows 2003 domain.  The idea is that the script should run when connecting from anyconnect client 2.4.

I have the parameter <EnableScripting>true</EnableScripting>   in the client initialization part of the xml profile and it shows as valid.

I have our global.bat batch file which calls several kix files from the domain login server(s) as follows:

C:\Kix\kix32.exe %logonserver%\netlogon\DRIVES.kix
C:\Kix\kix32.exe %logonserver%\netlogon\PRINTERS.kix

uploaded the file into the ASA binary location, i named it as follows:

scripts_OnConnect   then I added my name of global to get the name

however, when the anyconnect client connects, no scripts run.

What am I missing?
