RV042 problem connecting via VPN to Class B network
We are having problems connecting our brand new RV042 via a gateway-to-gateway VPN to a remote class B network. It was working for a few days but then stopped for no apparent reason. When I called Cisco they told me the RV042 doesn't support remote class B networks. Has anyone heard of such a limitation? We can't find it in any specs or manuals but the Cisco support person said it was common knowledge within Cisco. Sounds fishy to me. Anyone else experience this problem? BTW, we actually have this working to a second remote class B network with no issues it is just one of these that isn't working. The support person couldn't explain how the one was working since according to him it shouldn't work either. Help!
